Introduction and Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bq777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bq777 website, mobile browser interface, games, sportsbook, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). Account Registration and Security

Operating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under different names or identifiers — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. bq777 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• All personal information provided to bq777 must be accurate and current. bq777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity (national ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash/Nagad account showing your registered name) at any time during the account lifecycle.
• bq777 accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any credits, bonuses, or balances within it to any other person.

Upon account closure initiated by bq777 due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in full at bq777's discretion. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bq777 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bq777 does not impose currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 when using bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer may vary and will be displayed at the time of deposit. bq777 does not impose a maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

• Standard withdrawal processing time via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay is 10 to 30 minutes during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. Withdrawals requested outside peak BST hours or via bank transfer may take longer. In all cases, bq777 will process withdrawals within 24 hours of a verified withdrawal request.
• bq777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account has not previously completed full KYC, or where bq777's fraud detection systems have flagged the account for review.

bq777 does not charge withdrawal fees to players. However, certain payment providers (including some banks) may apply their own transaction or processing fees, which are outside bq777's control. Players are responsible for checking their payment provider's fee schedule.

Bonuses and Promotions

bq777 offers a welcome bonus and ongoing promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions and to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of a conflict between these general bonus terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. All such promotions are time-limited and expire on the stated end date.

Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

Prohibited Conduct

Responsible Gaming

Your continued use of the bq777 platform and Services following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
